Company registration number 14214981. The term ‘you’, 'your' refers to the customer/buyer. We are not VAT registered so no UK VAT will be charged on your purchase therefore we cannot issue a VAT invoice.
By purchasing an item either by placing an order by telephone, letter or email with our Oakfield Learning Ltd customer services team, on our web shop www.plavalmat.com or from our Amazon store, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following, which together with our privacy and data protection policy, terms & conditions and returns/exchanges and cancellation policies, govern Oakfield Learning's relationship with you.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY:
Orders received Monday to Friday are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday.
To ensure parcels are within suggested safe manual handling limits orders of over 15kg may be split in to one or more packages. You will be informed of this and each box will be clearly marked 1/2 or 2/2.
Wherever possible, we will use environmentally friendly packaging such as cardboard and compostable packaging. We encourage customers to re-use packaging and recycle rather than sending it to landfill.
We rely on delivery companies and couriers provide us and our customers with excellent service and prompt delivery of our products. If you experience problems regarding shipping or delivery, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to work with you to rectify the situation.
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, SHIPPING DELAYS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO INDUSTRIAL/STRIKE ACTION, ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS, CYBER ATTACKS OR OTHER ISSUES RESULTING IN COURIER/POSTAL SERVICE DELAYS.

DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK ADDRESSES:
We are pleased to be able to offer FREE DELIVERY to all MAINLAND UK addresses using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. However, please allow 3-5 working days from placing your order for your items to arrive. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer guaranteed delivery dates and can only give estimates based on information provided to us by the postal/courier companies. If you live in a remote location, please expect your order to take longer. If you require your items sooner, it may be possible at the checkout to pay the additional amount for a tracked 24 hour/Next Day service. We apologise but we are currently unable to offer same day delivery.
We may on occasions use other couriers e.g. UPS, DHL, DPD or Evri if Royal Mail is not available. If you have specific delivery requirements, a preferred carrier, access issues or would like your goods to be left in a nominated safe place, please contact us to ensure this is possible BEFORE placing your order.
As we use a tracked service, you will be able to use the tracking number provided to track progress of your delivery. You may also receive updates from the courier by text or email to let you know expected dates/times.
If you are not in for delivery, we cannot be held responsible if your item is lost, damaged or stolen if left in a safe place, to a neighbour or you have requested it to be left on your doorstep. We do not recommend using a bin as a safe place.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING TO EU OR INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES
Shipping to Europe usually takes approximately 3-5 business days. Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes around 6-7 days. These are estimated times only. We will use a UPS or Parcelforce tracked service with courier liability or insurance cover . If you would prefer us to use a different carrier or an alternative shipping methods, please get in touch before placing your order.
We will not be able to mark your items as a gift and we will clearly mark the value and contents on customs declaration forms.
